Want to schedule something simple, like an online catch-up with the team? That takes just a few clicks. Planning a full-scale sports event with multiple disciplines? The platform gives you all the tools to make it run smoothly. Participants choose their roles — whether as athletes, fans, or guests — and can even note how many people they’re bringing along. That way, the headcount is always clear before the first whistle blows.
Check in your rewards
Registration isn’t the end of the story. On the day of the event, attendance is confirmed through a QR code. Only those who actually show up can unlock gamification rewards, so presence matters. And if someone turns up without registering in advance, it’s not a problem either — a quick scan of the QR code on site completes instant registration, keeping the process seamless.
Organizers can also request medical certificates or clearances, all stored neatly in the system, making the logistics of large events much simpler. Flexibility extends to cancellations as well. In the settings, admins can activate an approval flow for withdrawal requests. If someone clicks “cancel,” the bot immediately notifies the admin in Telegram. From there, the admin can approve the cancellation, decline it, or even nudge the participant to reconsider if the request looks accidental.

Guests and leadership can be added to the roster without hassle, keeping everything under one roof. And for future planning or reporting, there’s also a one-click export to Excel. Whether it’s for custom statistics, manual processing, or sharing with other teams, all event data stays structured and easy to use.
